Technical details Stationary Leak Tester (SLT) • Power supply: 100 - 240 Volt - 50/60 Hz • Compressed air: 6 bar – 400 Nl/min • Each test will take approximately 20 seconds (total test cycle) • Log history of the last 50.000 measurements • Easy to operate and install (press start and go) • Due to its size and robustness, the SLT is perfectly suited for factory and industrial environments • Different shapes and sizes of packages can be tested at the same time • Small packages and bigger packages (up to 5 kilograms) from can be tested very accurately (without changing any settings or parameters) • Test results have OK/NOK (green or red light) with result in mbar • Non-destructive vacuum decay test according ASTM F2338-09 • Stainless steel machine (high care environment) • Connection with data collector according to OPC (OLE for process control) • The solution is implemented according to the most common safety rules • Ethernet connection to read out all test results
